摘要
诚信已经成为现在社会主义市场经济运行中越来越重要的准则,在现代市场竞争中企业必须十分注重自己的诚信建设。而且在当下社会,以网络化经济为特征的经济全球化以及国内轰轰烈烈的市场经济建设则更是对中国企业提出了更高的诚信建设的要求。
中国历史源远流长,在中国文化建设中的诚信文化的建设也已经有很久的历史,但是在现实的市场商业竞争中,诚信缺失的现象却比比皆是,这不仅对于消费者,更是对国家和社会带来的诸多方面的危害。因此对于企业而言,诚信文化的建设显得尤为重要。本文以西宁国际青年旅行社为例,研究诚信文化建设中存在的问题,主要从以下几个方面进行。第一,结合国内外企业诚信文化建设进行陈述,总括目前企业诚信文化建设现状;第二,阐述诚信文化建设的内涵及其意义,确切理解诚信文化的真实含义,在进行西宁国际青年旅行社诚信文化建设分析时结合国内外企业诚信文化建设实例进行相关阐述,比较分析企业失信和守信给企业带来的影响;第三,对西宁国际青年旅行社的企业诚信文化建设进行分层研究,研究组织,内部人员,组织和内部人员之间以及内部人员和消费者之间的关系,并结合调查问卷实地调查,研究企业家素质,员工素质,员工和组织沟通等问题,从中发现西宁国际青年旅行社诚信文化建设中存在的问题。第四,结合西宁国际青年旅行社诚信文化建设中存在的问题进行分析,找出相应的解决策略。
