My dream town
我的理想小镇
If you have a town, what do you want it to be like? Well, this is my dream town. Welcome to it!
You can’t see tall buildings in my dream town. All the houses are built with wood. The street is not wide(宽的) but clean. There are not cars, buses or motorbikes. The town is not big. It doesn’t take you a lot of time to walk from one place to another. Everybody walks!
In the town, there are a lot of trees and flowers. My favourite tree is the willow(柳树). So there must be many willows in the town. If there are willows, there must be a river. Yes, I want a small river in my dream town. Children can play games or just have a walk along the river. It must be very pleasant.
Of course, my dream town is different from the old towns in old China. There are good schools and hospitals in it. People can buy all kinds of things in the small shops.
American exchange students

Many American students come to our school as exchange students. We are excited to meet them. Most of them live with some Chinese families. They have two or three classes with Chinese students every day. Sometimes we invite them to join in some club activities. Then we know more about their lives.
