Relative to the rapidly expanding of market demand and the fierce competitive environment, most Chinese furniture firms are small or medium-sized, which are lack of designing capabilities, effective distribution networks and famous brands. How to increase the economy of scale of the Chinese furniture firms therefore to increase their competence in both domestic and international market is become a critical challenge to face. A single firm’s effort is far from meeting the requirement of facing such challenge. This paper is to give the concept of Capital Alliance Distribution Network of Furniture Firms by the analysis of Chinese furniture industry, hoping this concept will provide a good solution for those firms who are facing that challenge discussed before.
