摘 要
本文在分析大量前人的研究成果基础上, 首先, 从网络计划工期 、 成本 、 资源 、 质
量目标优化入手, 探讨了各单目标的优化方法及步骤, 通过综合各单目标优化模型, 建
立了网络计划多目标优化模型, 并对模型求解给出了具体方法 ;其次, 对目前网络计划
执行中的资源优化配置, 充分考虑不同种类资源的数量级和各自的重要性程度, 运用线
性归化和层次分析法, 建立了工期固定下的多资源均衡优化模型, 同时给出了具体的优
化步骤 ;第三, 通过深入分析研究多目标决策理论, 对施工方案多目标优选决策, 运用
改进的层次分析法, 建立多目标层次结构模型, 使用三标度法构造判断矩阵确定施工方
案中各评价指标的权重, 进行层次单排序 、 层次总排序, 得到了最优方案 。
