光纤面板透光图像暗影缺陷的自动检测
摘 要
光学纤维面板具有传像清晰、真实等特点。作为微光像增强器的光学输入、输出窗
口是其最典型的应用,可以提高成像器件的品质,是当代电子光学成像器件的重要组成
部分,应用越来越广泛。然而光纤面板的传像质量受其存在缺陷的影响,所以研制开发
各种缺陷的检测系统对提高光纤面板的传像质量是非常有意义的。
本课题根据国标规定的对暗影缺陷的检验标准和方法,研制开发了一套光纤面板暗
影缺陷自动检测系统。首先,对暗影缺陷的定义、灰度梯度检测等理论知识进行研究,
确定利用边缘检测实现对暗影缺陷的检测;其次,在前人的基础上采用 Canny 算子实现
了暗影缺陷的边缘检测。并通过实验结果对比和理论分析,确定了在暗影缺陷边缘检测
过程中 Canny 算子存在的不足,并对其进行了改进。通过改进后的 Canny 算子,实现了
暗影缺陷边缘的检测;第三,利用一系列的边缘优化算法对暗影缺陷边缘进行进一步优
化,最终获得了清晰、完整、闭合、精细的暗影缺陷边缘图像;第四,通过相应的计算
方法,给出了暗影缺陷的主要特征、参数和指标,实现了暗影缺陷的定量分析;最后,
通过软、硬件系统的有机整合和整体控制,实现了光纤面板暗影缺陷的自动检测。
本文设计的光纤面板暗影缺陷自动检测系统能够实现暗影缺陷的自动检测,实验证
明该系统操作简便,数据处理准确迅速,性能稳定可靠,具有较高的实用价值。

ABSTRACT
Optical fiber panel has some characteristics of clear as well as image transmission.
Optical fiber panel as an image intensifier optical input and output window is the most typical
applications. And it plays an important role in improving the quality of imaging device. It is
used more and more widely as the key element of contemporary electron optical imaging
device. However, the defects of optical fiber panel affect its image quality, it is very
meaningful to research and develope a variety of defects detection system to improve the
transmission quality of optical fiber panel.
According to the national standard which stipulates the method in the shadow defects
inspection, this topic researches and develops an automatic system with which the shadow
defects can be tested effectively. First, we detect the shadow detection based on edge defects
through the research on the defined of the shadow defect and the gray gradient detection
