23 电子政务空间信息服务应用模型的适用性评价周娜刘纪平董春王勇(中国测绘科学研究院北京市海淀区北太平路 16 号 100039 ) 摘要:电子政务空间辅助决策过程需要大量空间应用模型的支持,由于应用场景与模型自身适用范围的差异,各种应用模型在决策过程中具有不同的适用程度,因此,空间信息服务应用模型的适用度评价日益成为电子政务空间辅助决策过程的一个重要问题。本文在总结国内外相关模型评价方法和分析电子政务空间信息服务应用模型的基础上,提出了一种基于多层次、可扩展评价指标体系的适用度评价模型,并给出了适用度计算的算法和流程。最后,以三种地震灾害评估模型在震灾评估中的应用为例对其进行了基于适用度的模型适用性评价。关键词:电子政务空间信息服务应用模型;适用度;适用性评价; Application—Adaptive Model Evaluation in E-government Spatial Information Service ZHOU Na, LIU Ji-ping, DONG Chun, WANG Yong (Chinese Academy of Survey ing and Mapping, Beijing, 100039) Abstract : Lots of spatial application model are used to support spatial decision-making service in e-government, but different models differ most in vari ous applications of decisi on-making support activities.
