摘 要
微博作为一种新的媒介形态，经过短短几年时间的发展，现已成为最炙手可
热的传播形式之一。微博凭借其使用方便、传播广泛的特点受到极大的热捧，在
短时间内便聚集了大量的用户。一种传播媒介要普及到 5000 万人，广播用了 38
年，电视用了 13 年，互联网只用了 4 年。而微博仅用了 14 个月。
近几年，随着微博在国内的迅猛发展，其影响力不断增强，用户数量不断被
刷新，众多媒体纷纷选择进入微博领域，目前，媒体已成为微博平台中活跃性极
高的用户群。作为影响力大、权威性强的主流媒体更是意识到微博的重要性，微
博现已成为主流媒体传播信息、引导舆论的新的传播渠道。
“@新华视点”新浪微博是新华社在 2010 年 3 月的“两会”期间创办的，
其不仅作为新华社新媒体战略中的重要组成部分，同时，更成为新华社的全新传
播渠道。随着其粉丝数量的不断增加，影响力的不断增强，其对新华社的重要性
已越来越明显。
本文首先从“@新华视点”新浪微博的使用现状入手，通过对其发布内容、
发布情况以及语言和形式上的特征进行统计和分析，以此对“@新华视点”新浪
微博的整体情况有了大致的了解。其次又将“@新华视点”新浪微博的存在背景
归纳总结为三点，即微博时代的到来，需要主流媒体融入其中；“两个舆论场”
的存在，需要主流媒体借助微博引导网络舆论；网络传播速度快、内容杂，需要
主流媒体借助微博及时传播真相。最后，通过分析和研究，总结出“@新华视点”
新浪微博的六大社会功能，即权威新闻信息及时传播功能，网络舆论引导功能，
线上互动沟通功能，片段式文化信息传递功能，碎片化服务信息传播功能，以及
社会动员功能。

After just a few years of development time,Micro-blog as a new media form,it
has become one of the most popular forms of -Blog is very
popular with its characteristics of convenient and widespread,and in a short period of
time, it gathered a large number of media to spread to 50 million people,radio
took 38 years,televisiontook 13 years,Internet only took 4 years,but Micro-blog took
just 14Months.
In recent years,with the rapid development of Micro-blog in the country,its
influence is growing,the number of users is constantly refreshed,many of the media
