　　摘要：在剖析城镇化质量内涵的基础上，从经济发展质量、社会发展质量、空间环境质量和城乡一体化质量4个方面选取19个指标，构建城镇化质量评价指标体系，利用熵值法对河南省和陕西省29个地级市的城镇化进行综合测度分析。再根据综合得分进行聚类分析，之后对结果的空间差异进行比较并提出可行的建议，从而为都市圈的城镇化质量提升、推进“一带一路”的建设提供理论依据。结果显示，河南省城镇化质量平均水平高于陕西省，但陕西省城镇化发展水平比河南省更均衡;河南省经济发展质量和社会发展质量不及陕西省，但空间发展质量和城乡一体化发展水平略强于陕西省。

　　Abstract： On the basis of the analysis of the quality of urbanization， from 4 aspects of the quality of economic development， the quality of social development， the quality of space environment and the quality of urban and rural integration， 19 indexes were selected to construct the index system of urbanization quality evaluation and conduct the comprehensive measurement and analysis of the urbanization of 29 cities in Henan province and Shaanxi province by entropy method. Then， clustering analysis was carried out according to the comprehensive score. The spatial difference of the results was compared， and some feasible suggestions were put forward， so as to enhance the quality of urbanization of metropolitan area and provide a theoretical basis for promoting the construction of “The Belt and Road”. The results showed that the average level of urbanization in Henan province was higher than that of Shaanxi province， but the development level of urbanization in Shaanxi province was more balanced than that of Henan province. The quality of economic development and social development in Henan province were less than that of Shaanxi province， but the quality of space development and urban and rural integration were stronger than that of Shaanxi province.
