　　摘 要：烟草加工企业中不可避免存在能源利用不合理和成本控制低效的现象，最终不仅造成企业的生产成本增加，也不利于企业长远发展。因此，采用价值流分析手段，对烟草企业中制丝线各道生产工序的流转进行详尽的能源消耗分析，追踪每条生产线、每道工序的能源转化路线，计算每条生产线、每道工序的能源消耗、需求、流转以及不合格产品和废弃物的成本分析。最终，通过建设制丝生产线价值流精益控制体系，促进卷烟制丝生产的各个环节低成本高效化生产，提升工厂精益制造能力，实现企业核心竞争力的强化发展。

　　Abstract： The phenomenon of unreasonable energy utilization and inefficient cost control is inevitable in tobacco processing enterprises， which not only increases the production cost of the enterprise， but also is not conducive to the long-term development of the enterprise. Therefore， using the means of value flow analysis， this paper makes a detailed analysis of the energy consumption of each production process of the silk production line in tobacco enterprises， and tracks the energy conversion route of each production line and each process. Then， we calculate the energy consumption， demand， circulation and substandard products and wastes of each production line and each process for cost analysis.
