　　摘 要：法学作为一门专业性很强的专业，培养既有丰富法学理论知识又能将其很好地融入实践中的专业人才，是当前高校教育的基本任务和终极目标。该文先从内涵和原则两点阐述了任务教学法，然后从3个维度概括了任务教学法应用的必要性，最后从3个方面阐述了任务教學法在高校国际经济法课程中的具体应用。
