摘要：洞察护工为失能老人卧床洗头过程中面临的实际问题，结合包容性理念提出设计策略及应用。通过非结构化观察法、个案访谈法，对
康护机构的环境及医院护工人员进行深入访谈和考察，探讨护工为失能老人在床上洗头过程中所面临的痛点，整合现有产品技术，基于包容
性理念提出针对性包容性设计策略。通过对产品的结构形态、技术功能以及CMF设计方面的研究，设计出适于失能老人使用的床上洗头产品，
以期能为我国失能老人群体的卧床护理提供帮助和关爱，为护理产品市场的发展提供实例参考。

Abstract:The paper investigates into the practical problems faced by nursing workers in the process of bed washing for disabled elderly and put forward
the design strategy and application combined with the concept of inclusiveness. Through the unstructured observation method and case interview method,
