虚拟现实环境下技能迁移促进策略及其应用研究

摘 要

从古至今，技能迁移一直是教育界所关注的主题。然而传统培训
在促进技能迁移的过程中，存在着技能迁移情境难以创设、技能迁移
训练手段单一等不足。针对这些问题，虚拟现实技术可弥补这些不足，
并有着技能迁移情境易创设、技能迁移训练手段多样等优势。因此在
虚拟现实环境下构建技能迁移的促进策略，将是非常有意义的研究。
针对当前虚拟现实环境下技能迁移系统、技能迁移策略存在着一
些问题，本研究以技能迁移的影响因素—情境为研究起点，并以情境
迁移理论、基于情境理论的技能迁移模式、职业技能迁移教学模型等
理论，作为构建策略的理论基础。同时还考虑了智慧技能的迁移、虚
拟现实环境的特殊性等因素，构建了虚拟现实环境下技能迁移的促进
策略：问题情境创设策略、情境识别策略、情境反思策略。然后设计
与开发了策略应用案例系统—危险化学品抢险救灾系统，并阐述了系
统、策略的实现。最终经过问卷调查与教学实验的开发，对系统进行
了评价，并验证策略的有效性。

ABSTRACT

Throughout history, skill transfer has always been a topic which was concerned by
the educationalists. However, in the process of promoting skill transfer, are difficult to
create the skill transfer situation and lacking of skill transfer methods are still the
shortages in traditional training. Aim at these shortages, Virtual reality technology
which can avoid the shortage in tradition training with advantages in easily constructing
skill transfer situation and variety of the means in skill transfer training. Therefore, the
promotion strategies for skill transfer in VR environment is a very significant research.
This paper aims at the problems of skill transfer system and skill transfer strategies
in VR environment, studies on the influence factors of skill transfer-situation with the
skill transfer theory, skill transfer model based on skill transfer theory and teaching
model for professional skill transfer theory as the theory basis of construction strategy.
