摘要
师范生肩负着信息时代大学生和未来教师的双重使命,不仅需要他们有着更
高的信息素养水平,同时也对他们通过教学实践,以及与中小学在职教师、同伴
间的协作,养成未来教师的反思性实践知识提出了较高的期待。然而,由于师范
生教育中的指导机制,学校间的地域距离等原因,使很多师范生无法及时共享交
流教学反思的经验,获得教师与同伴的指导帮助。现有的评价机制也对他们了解
同伴的成长成果有所阻碍。云计算技术的发展为改善师范生专业成长的环境提供
了良好的契机。本文以某校师范生教育实****为例,就如何应用谷歌应用套件支持
师范生专业成长进行了研究,完成了以下工作:
通过案例比较分析对国外技术支持的教师在线专业发展现状进行研究,采用
内容分析法探讨国内教育中谷歌应用现状。利用谷歌对于师范生专业成长需求的
给养功能,创设谷歌应用套件支持的师范生专业成长环境——主要包括教育实****
网站和实****生网站。并以某校师范教育实****为例,进行谷歌应用套件支持的师范
生专业成长的案例研究,具体介绍了案例实施前期准备、实施过程、实施效果,
为同类案例的迁移提供可参考的依据。最后得出:谷歌应用程序套件不仅有利于
提升师范生教育技术能力、科研能力,还有利于推进教育管理信息化的结论。

Abstract
Normal students are not only university students but also future
teachers. So they need higher information literacy skills. They should
have the knowledge of teaching practice and teaching reflection, which
are gotten through teaching practice and collaboration with in service
teachers and companion. As the reasons for guiding mechanism and distance
between different schools, many normal students could not only share the
experience of teaching reflection, but also get help form in service
teacher and companion in time. The evaluation mechanism blocks them to
know other students growing process. The development of cloud computing
provides a good opportunity to improve the environment of normal students
professional growing. This thesis is about the research on normal students
professional growing supported by Google Apps through taking normal
students educational practice in a school for example. The research
