安全操作规程管理制度
第一条、为了加强操作规程的管理，使操作规程的管理更加合理、有序，适应安全生产的需要，特制定本管理办法。
第二条、各单位的正职对操作规程的编制、修订以及具体实施全面负责。各单位的技术主管是编制、修订、完善操作规程的主要负责者，具体负责组织操作规程的编制、实施、检查、考核工作。
第三条、操作规程的内容必须和上级有关技术规定要求相一致，做到概念准确，叙述完整，具有针对性、实用性、安全性和可操作性。
第四条、各生产单位、及施工队组必须在每年元月份对在用的操作规程进行修订、完善。
第五条、各矿及施工队组要根据现场实际操作方法和步骤及会审时提出的意见对操作规程进行补充、完善和修改，操作规程中对操作的主要工序、关键环节和主要安全技术措施必须详细写明。
第六条、在使用过程中如果设备型号进行了更改或使用新的设备，各矿应要求生产对组及时修改操作规程或增加相应的内容。
第七条、采、掘操作规程的装订要有统一封面、部门签章目录、正文等内容，纸张统一采用A4纸，封面字体统一采用宋体2号加粗体、签字字体采用宋体3号加粗宋体、正文字体统一采用5号宋体。
