淀山湖服务区安全管理规定
一、总则
（一）为加强对服务区各项安全工作的管理，保障服务区安全、舒适、优美的经营服务环境，特制定本制度。
（二）服务区的安全生产工作必须贯彻“安全第一，预防为主”的方针，贯彻执行安全生产责任制，各级领导要坚持管生产必须管安全的原则，生产要服从安全的需要，实现安全生产和文明生产。
（三）对在安全生产方面有突出贡献的集体和个人要给予奖励，对违反安全生产制度和操作规程造成事故的责任者，要给予严肃处理，触及刑律的，交由司法机关论处。
二、范围
（一）区域范围：安全管理的区域范围主要包括：停车场、经营场所、综合楼和服务区设施设备等。
（二）业务范围：安全管理的业务范围主要包括：消防、水电、交通和治安等。
三、机构与职责
（一）服务区必须成立安全生产领导小组，负责对本服务区的职工进行安全生产教育，制订安全生产实施细则和操作规程。实施安全生产监督检查，贯彻执行公司的各项安全指令，确保生产安全。
（二）安全生产责任人的划分：服务区经营单位是服务区安全生产的第一责任人。服务区疏导员是服务区安全工作的主要落实人，负责对服务区的安全进行巡查，并协助和处理紧急、突发事件。

四、停车场日常安全管理
（一）疏导员对进入服务区的车辆密切观察，认真分类，根据划分的大、小型车辆及客、货、特种车辆停车区域，及时指挥、引导车辆按规定停放，禁止非停车区域停车。
（二）疏导员要加强对停放在服务区的危险品车辆的巡视，指挥危险品车辆停放在合理位置，不能停放在行车道旁，防止其他车辆碰撞。要求驾驶员对车辆进行相关的检查，并对危险品车辆进行登记检查，确保服务区安全畅通。
（三）疏导员对停车场的公共设施进行检查，发现广场设施（护栏、花台、垃圾桶、标示标牌等）被损坏的，应及时报告服务区物管部经理，要求肇事车
