充值下载即送 CAD 图纸, QQ 36396305 分钢机的设计摘要国内轧钢车间使用的分钢机构目前大都存在一些不足, 简单的对引进分钢机构进行介绍, 尤其是对引进分钢机的系统工作原理及构造展开研究, 把国内分钢机和引进分钢机展开对比, 对比出影响当今轧钢厂生产效率的原因, 从而符合国内市场变化的需求,减少分钢机钢机存在一些缺点,避免设备事故及人身安全隐患。分钢机应用在冶金行业上, 是连续性生产线上重要的机械设备,分钢机构是轧钢厂的重要辅助设备,可以减少人工, 从而减少费用,而且提高了效率,是我国轧钢厂实现自动化的重要一环节,分钢机的作用是将上一步的成捆的线材和型钢一个一个的分开,让后放入辊道上进行下一步的处理,从入炉辊道送进加热炉,分钢机构主要由分钢机构和行走机构两部分组成,分钢机主要实现了将钢坯分开和将钢坯移动到下一步工序的作用,分钢机应用于钢铁行业生产产生了巨大的经济效益和社会效益,发展推广潜力巨大。此次分钢机的设计,运用了很多机械方面的专业知识,如:材料力学,机械设计,机械设计指导书,机械设计手册等材料,本论文包括分钢机的分钢机构设计和行走机构设计,电机的选择,轴减速器等的选择与校核等。最终设计的分钢机,能够实现分钢的要求,保证钢坯表面不被划伤,光滑,冲击小,延长使用寿命,轴承等零件的润滑等。随着我发展,分钢机的研究是非常重要的。关键词:分钢机分钢机构行走机构传动装置充值下载即送 CAD 图纸, QQ 36396305 The design of the dividing machine Abstract Domestic steel used insteel rolling workshop are now mostly some deficiencies, s i m p l e tointroduce steel mechanism isintroduced, especially for introduction ofsteel m a c h i n e working principle and structure ofsystem study, the domest steel machine and i m p o r t e d s t e e l machine oncontrast ,comparing the influence the efficiency ofthe rolling mill p r o d u c t i o n today , to meet the demand of changes, reduce steel steel machine has some s h o r t c o m i n g s , avoid accidents and safety hidden trouble.
