摘要
机械制造技术基础课程设计是在完成生产实****的基础上，并且学完了机械制造 技术和大部分专业课之后进行的又一个实践性教学环节。也是我们在进行毕业设计 之前对所学各课程的一次深入的综合性的复****br/>设计内容：设计“油阀座”零件的机械加工工艺规程，并绘制出支架零件图、 毛坯图、夹具装配图，填写工艺卡片，编制课程设计说明书。
设计意义：通过该课程设计，将所学理论与生产实践相结合，了解并认识一般 机器零件的生产工艺过程，锻炼了自己分析问题、发现问题、解决问题的能力，提 高了结构设计能力，增强了专业技能，为今后的毕业设计及对自己未来将从事的工 作进行了一次适应性训练，从而打下了良好的基础。
Abstract

Design significance: Designs through this curriculum, wi 11 study the theory and the production practice unifies, understood and knew the common machine part the production technological process, exercised own to analyze the question, to find the problem, solved the question ability, sharpened the structural design ability, strengthened the specialized skill, for the next graduation project and the work which future wi 11 be engaged in to oneself has carried on an adaptability training, thus has built the good foundation.
