　　[摘要] 目的 分析早期肠内营养对肝胆外科术后患者胃肠功能恢复的影响。 方法 选取2014年2月～2015年2月于我院行肝胆外科手术的患者128例作为研究对象，将其随机分为对照组（n=64）和观察组（n=64）。对照组接受常规肠内营养；观察接受早期肠内营养。比较两组患者的临床效果。 结果 观察组治疗后血清白蛋白、前白蛋白及预后营养指数改善情况均优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<）；观察组治疗总有效率（%）高于对照组（%），差异有统计学意义（P<）；观察组患者肠道改善时间、术后住院接受恢复治疗时间均明显短于对照组，组间比较差异有统计学意义（P<）。 结论 早期给予肝胆外科手术患者术后肠内营养支持，具有安全、经济的特点，能保持肠黏膜的完整性，可作为肝胆外科术后患者首选的营养支持方式之一。

　　[Abstract] Objective To analyze the effect of early enteral nutrition on the recovery of gastrointestinal function after operation in the department of hepatobiliary surgery.
