　　[摘要] 目的 了解厦门市居民精神卫生服务利用情况，为政府制定相应政策提供参考依据。 方法 采用多阶段分层整群随机抽样的方法抽取***12 071例进行调查。采用自制的一般人口学资料、精神卫生服务利用情况调查表进行调查，了解不同人群的精神卫生服务利用率情况。 结果 %，%；%，%。 结论 厦门市居民精神卫生服务利用水平较低。

　　The survey of mental health service utilization in Xiamen city

　　[Abstract] Objective To explore the rate of mental health service utilization among community residents in Xiamen City，and provide reference for the government to adopt regional mental health policy. Methods In our study，the total of 12 071 subjects over aged 18 years older were extracted and investigated using multi-stage stratified cluster subjects were completed the field survey with demographic data，expanded 12-items general health questionnaire，mental health services utilization questionnaire，and Structured Clinical Interview for DSM-IV- incidence of mental health utilization was computed in different types of population. Results The total utilization rates of mental health service and the utilization rate professional mental health service was %，% Xiamen citizens associated with life-time mental disorders，the total utilization rates of mental health service and the utilization rate professional mental health service was %，% respectively. Conclusion The utilization of mental health service in Xiamen City is poor.
