　　摘 要 采取调查问卷法考察临沂大学音乐学院大一本科生大学英语学****动机类型。受试者为临沂大学音乐学院大一120人。问卷有30个关于学****大学英语原因及影响的问题。采用SPSS统计软件进行因子分析，以探索动机类型及个人因素对动机类型的影响。因子分析给出其中动机类型：内在兴趣、成绩、出国、学****情境、社会责任、个人发展和信息媒介动机。由于学生英语水平不高，社会责任、个人发展和信息媒介三动机与内在兴趣、学****情境两动机的区分度不高，建议通过项目学****策略提高学生自学意识和自学能力。

　　Abstract This paper presents a research project on the English learning motivation of fresh undergraduates of music major in Linyi University with questionnaires. The subjects， obtained from a stratified sampling， were 120 undergraduates majoring in music from Linyi University. The questionnaire is made up of 30 questions about college English learning. Employing SPSS statistical software to execute factor analysis， we try to find the motivation types of English learning and the effects of individual factor on the motivation. In terms of factor analysis， we find seven motivation types as： intrinsic interest， immediate achievement， going abroad， learning situation， social responsibility， individual development and information medium. With the level of English learning being relatively lower the discrimination between the three types of motivation （social responsibility， individual development， and information medium） and the two types （intrinsic interest and learning situation） is not clear. For the particular partners， we suggest to design project-based learning to enhance their consciousness of self-study and thus to improve self-study abilities.

　　学****动机是使学生产生学****需求、维持学****状态的内在过程，也可以说是学生明确学****目标、增加学****强度、保持学****热情的内在因素[1]。所以学****动机是英语教学中最具能动性的因素之一，是教师取得良好教学效果的前提，也是学生学好外语的根本基础。尽管我国大学本科生英语学****动机状况已有研究[2-5]，但是关于省属地方高校音乐专业本科生大学英语学****动机状况仍少有研究。
