　　【摘 要】 英语是重要的语言工具，对于国际经济交流有着重要影响。高职院校开设了英语课程，旨在为我国输送专业技能型英语人才，并服务于不同专业学生的英语学****需求，扩大学生的就业优势。为此本文将以就业为导向，从高职英语教学特点分析、高职英语教学问题、以就业为导向的高职英语教学创新策略三个方面分析我国高职英语教学，以期推动我国高职英语教学发展。

　　[Abstract] English is an important language tool and has an important influence on international economic communication. Higher vocational colleges have set up English courses in order to serve the English learning needs of students of different majors and expand the employment advantages of students with the aim of conveying skilled English talents for the major of our country and serving the needs of English learning for students of different majors. Therefore， this paper will take employment as the guidance， analyze the characteristics of higher vocational English teaching， the problems of higher vocational English teaching， and the innovative strategies of employment-oriented higher vocational English teaching in three aspects， and analyze the English teaching in higher vocational colleges in China. In order to promote the development of English teaching in higher vocational colleges in China.
