摘要

行星轮系是自动变速器的核心组成,也是自动变速器中最具变化性和复杂
性的终端执行系统之一。对行星轮系传动及控制的分析与研究,是研究自动变
速器及解决实际应用中诸多问题的重要工作。
本文针对自动变速器行星轮系结构上的多样性和控制上的复杂性以及传统
轮系传动分析法的局限性,在研究了大量自动变速器行星轮系的结构及传动特
点的基础上,应用基础学科并结合自动变速器的控制原理与理论,开发了直观
实用的“约束与矢量分析法”并提出档位执行元件控制的“优化”策略与原则,
解决了在缺乏技术资料情况下,从自动变速器轮系的结构到它的所能实现的档
位及工作状态的执果溯因式的逆向推导任务,为进一步解决实践应用中的诸多
问题提供了便捷实用的分析方法及手段。

ABSTRACT

The ary gear system is the core assembly and one of the most variable and
complex terminal execution systems in the automatic transmission. To analyze and
research the operation and control of the ary gear system is an important task
for studying automatic transmission and solving the practical problems.
In light of the structural diversity and plex control of the ary gear
system and the limitations of the traditional gear operation analysis, this paper studies
a large number of the structures of automatic transmission ary gear system and
the characteristics of its operation, and on its basis, it develops an intuitive and
practical “restriction and vector analysis method” and proposes “optimization”
strategies and principles for the shifting execution devices by mean of application of
basic disciplines as well as the controlling principles and theories of the automatic
transmission. Thus, in the case of a lack of te
