西点师走俏，高级技师年薪超20万

马卡龙、黑森林、抹茶慕斯、乳酪蛋糕……随着时尚西点步入寻常百姓家，西点师也越来越成为炙手可热的职业。记者昨日从市饭店协会获悉，随着国内酒店餐饮业对西点的需求提升，有经验有创意的西点技师月薪可以轻松过万元，如果在高端西餐厅或者是酒店能做到西餐主厨的位置，甚至可以拿到年薪20万元。 
今年大学毕业的王晴，一直梦想着开一家自己的蛋糕店，“毕业季”她没有忙于应聘，而是去了一家西点培训学校学****20多天课程，收费3万元，我觉得挺贵的，但意外的是学的人很多。”
王晴告诉记者，她所在的学校一年招收的学生也有200人左右，与她同期培训的学员年龄跨度非常大：有四五十岁的中年人，在酒店里做到了一定职务前来深造的；也有十八九岁的高中毕业生；与她同龄的应届大学生人数最多，约占了1/3。从性别比例来看，女性占了参与培训人数的六成以上。
