摘 要
随着计算机网络和信息技术的发展，管理效率低下、保密性差、检索困难
的传统办公方式逐渐被淘汰，先进的办公自动化系统有助于提升企业的办公效
率和信息化水平。目前许多单位正致力于实现高层次的网络办公自动化系统，
工作流技术已成为关注的焦点之一。
本文针对某单位办公自动化系统中公文管理子系统的设计与实现，研究了
客户的需求和需要解决的关键问题，在此基础上，详细分析了工作流技术，并
结合用户需求分析，提出了系统设计思想、设计原则，描述了系统框架设计的
基本特征。最后利用 UML 建模语言建立了可视化的 OA 系统模型，根据模型详
细设计了系统主要功能模块即公文管理子系统的具体实现过程。
系统采用 B/S 结构，运用 MySQL 数据库、工作流和 JavaServerFaces 技术、
利用 Eclipse 开发工具，基于 Struts2、Hibernate 和 Spring 框架构建系统的整体架
构，设计高集成化的具有数字化、信息资源化、流程规范化和管理有序化的办
公自动系统。本人在基于前期需求调研的基础上，结合工作流技术实现了公文
管理子模块。
该系统已正式投入使用，用户反馈良好。证明该 OA 系统能满足该单位信息
化管理和日程处理的需求，具有工作流程自动化、高效化，信息高效共享等特
点。系统的使用缩短了企业整体工作周期、节约了办公成本、加强了部门员工
间的协作，同时为工作人员带来了先进的办公环境，推进了公司向信息化发展
的步伐。

Abstract
With the development of computer networks and information technology, the
Paper-based office way, which has many shortcomings such as inefficient
management, poor security and retrieval difficulties, is disappearing. Advanced office
automation systems are helpful to enhance the office efficiency and the level of
information technology. At present, many enterprises are committed to achieving a
high level of network office automation system; workflow technology has become
one of the focuses of attention.
