摘 要
本论文通过对 D 公司的内部资源及能力、自身优劣势、竞争力等各方面的梳理和分
析，结合公司所处的海洋工程装备制造业的行业背景和市场环境，研究并探讨了企业如
何在当下这个行业深度调整期内保持竞争力并实现可持续性发展的战略。
本论文可分为战略分析、战略选择以及战略实施三个部分。战略分析部分，首先通
过对 D 公司所处行业的宏观环境、行业概况及竞争环境进行系统梳理比较和分析，总结
出企业面临的机遇与挑战；然后通过对 D 公司内部各方面资源和能力的梳理，分析出企
业自身在发展中的优势和劣势。
在此基础上进行战略的选择，结合管理学的知识和理论，运用 IE 分析矩阵对企业
的内部因素和外部因素进行评价，运用 SWOT 矩阵对企业进行综合分析，从而确定了
较适合 D 公司在现阶段的发展战略，提出以调整产品结构，丰富产品类型为重点的发展
型战略。
战略实施的部分，从企业的技术研发能力、营销理念及市场布局、管理模式的优化、
人才队伍的储备以及企业文化的建设等方面入手，进行了研究和探讨。
由于海洋工程装备制造业受国际环境影响较大，战略的选择实施是一个持续调整优
化的过程，因此 D 公司战略的制定和实施亦需要顺应市场的变化和需求，及时调整不断
的完善，以达到企业可持续性发展的目的。

Abstract
This paper combs and analyzes the internal resources, advantages and disadvantages,
competitiveness and so on of company D, combined with the industry environment of marine
engineering equipment manufacturing industry. This paper studies how to keep the
competitive ability to achieve the sustainable development strategy in the industry deep
adjustment period.
This paper can be divided into three parts: strategic analysis, formulation and
implementation. Strategic analysis, firstly, through the system analysis of the macro
environment and competitive environment of D company, summed up the opportunities and
challenges faced by the enterprises, and through the internal resources and ability of D
company, analyzed the advantages and disadvantages of the enterprise in the development.
On this basis, the strategy is formulated, combined with the knowledge theory of
management, IE is used to evaluate the advantages and disadvantages of the enterprise, and
