摘要
民营企业是市场中最活跃的主体，在促进我国社会主义市场经济和就业等方面具有重要影响。随着改革开放和贸易自由化的进一步发展，我国越来越多的民营企业逐步进入国际市场、参与国际竞争，但在发展过程中也存在诸多问题、面临诸多挑战。
论文主要从我国民营企业对外贸易的规模、贸易结构和贸易方式进行现状分析，发现我国民营企业对外贸易存在区域发展不平衡、出口结构不合理、管理和贸易模式相对落后与融资困难等问题，进而提出优化出口产品结构、实施品牌战略、调整和完善融资体系，完善外贸协调服务体系与转变贸易方式和完善现代企业管理模式等解决对策。

Abstract
Private enterprise is the most active subject in the market, has an important influence in promoting China's socialist market economy and employment. With the further development of reform and opening up and liberalizationof trade, a growing number of private enterprises gradually enter the international market, participate in international competition, but there are many problems in the development process, facing many challenges.
The paper’sanalysis is mainly from the foreign trade of private enterprises, trade structure and trade patterns, finding they hardly all face problems of unbalanced regional development, unreasonable export structure, lagging management and financing difficulties, And then putting forward the corresponding countermeasures to optimize the export product mix, take the road of brand strategy, adjust and improve the financing system, improve foreign trade service
