第一章 总 则
第一条【立法目的】 为加强财政投资评审管理，规范财政投资评审行为，依据《中华人民共和国预算法》、《中华人民共和国预算法实施条例》、《中华人民共和国政府采购法》、《广州市政府投资管理条例》、财政部《财政投资评审管理规定》、《基本建设财务管理规定》等规定，制定本办法。
