摘要
為了能更進一步瞭解企業競爭優勢多重來源，多年來已经有許多學者專家提到，企业資源與競爭優勢含有密不可分關係。此種觀念，引發了由過去往外「環境-策略」思索模式改為向內「組織資源-策略」思索模式，此模式將企業組織視為一個獨特資源與能力集合體，以提供企業策略與其关键利潤來源。事實上，企業績效差異关键係來自於組織內部獨特資源與經過長時間培養企業能力，甚過於產業結構特征。所以，加強企业內部資源與能力強弱才是決定企業獲得競爭優勢关键原因，特別是高科技產業。然而，臺灣现在對於高科技產業之关键資源、資源分配策略和資源配置策略與績效之關係等等問題卻还未做更深入探討。
本研究以此為動機，蒐集新竹科學園區高科技產業之相關資料，利用資料包絡分析法(DEA)、多變量分析法、和變異數分析法，在相同產業環境下(控制變因)，探討國內高科技產業內部資源配置狀況(操作變因)與績效之間關係，並了解其資源配置策略，藉此關聯性分析達到三項研究目標：(一)探討高科技產業之关键資源與其关键競爭力；(二)建構高科技產業之經營績效指標並分析其資源使用效率；(三)研究高科技產業之資源配置特征與策略對其經營績效之影響。

ABSTRACT
The organizational resources have been capturing much attention when dealing with the competence advantages. The adaptation from environmental to organizational resources with respect to strategies adopted has also witnessed that core resources and resource allocation strategies greatly affect an organization’s performance in the modern high technology companies. However, the multirelational analysis among core resources, resource allocation strategy, and organizational performance for the Taiwan high technology companies remains unknown, and therefore becomes the motivation of this research. By analyzing the data collected from high technology companies in Hsinchu science-based industrial park via the techniques of Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA), multifactor analysis, and multivariance analysis, this study provides observations and findings that focus on three axes: core resources and core competition, the measurement of performace, and relations between resource allocation strategy and performance. The research results as a management implication can be used to support decisions that high technology companies in Taiwan would make.
