摘 要 ： 阳盂高速公路施工中应用温拌技术，在低温施工环境下，其拌和、摊铺、碾压温度较热拌沥青混合料要低 20~40℃。在-5~
0℃低温条件下，采用“紧跟、高频、低幅”压实方法，不仅保证了压实效果，而且延长沥青路面施工季节，缩短施工工期。
Abstract: The warm mix technology is used to Yangyu freeway construction. In low-temperature construction environment, its mixing, spreading and crushing temperature is lower 20~40℃ than hot-mixed asphalt mixture. Under the -5~0℃ conditions, the use of "keeping up, high frequency, low amplitude" compaction method not only can ensure the compaction effect, extend the construction season of asphalt pavement, and shorten the construction period.

0 引言
温拌技术是节能、减排、环保效果显著的“环保”技术，
2010 年 10~11 月低温期间，阳盂高速公路施工中应用温
拌技术，达到了很好的路用性能；在-5°~0°C 低温条件下，
采用“紧跟、高频、低幅”压实方法，不及保证了压实效果，
而且延长沥青路面施工季节，缩短施工工期，圆满完成阳
盂高速公路年内通车任务。
1 温拌剂作用机理
本工程采用的温拌剂为“益路”浓缩液，Evotherm 益路
TM 温拌技术是基于表面活性的温拌技术。在混合料拌和
过程中，通过在拌缸中与沥青同步加入温拌添加剂，在机
械拌和力的作用下沥青内部形成大量结构性水
