我于xxx年xx月参加工作，xxx年xx月加入中国共产党，xxx年xx月任xxx乡(镇)XXX主任，XXX年XX月任XXX乡(镇)XXX副书记，XXX年XX月任XXX党委委员。根据XX组织部要求，现将自己三年来的工作情况总结如下：
