摘 要
频谱资源日益紧张和拥挤,信道的划分越来越狭窄,需要更高性能的滤波器
器件;另外,集成电路的发展对电路小型化的要求也越来越严格。这些外部的约
束使得滤波器在高性能的前提下必须具有更小的面积和体积。介质滤波器和双模
或多模波器较好地符合这方面的要求。相对于介质滤波器而言,双模滤波器的工
艺比较简单,更方便普及应用。
本文主要针对平面结构的双模滤波器作了详细的分析研究,详细介绍了双模
滤波器的设计过程中的各个细节;对不同结构类型的双模滤波器均有论述,推导
出了耦合系数的新计算公式和双模输入/出耦合计算公式;仿真设计了七种不同结
构的微带双模滤波器,并加工实测了其中两种,仿真结果与实测结果较好地吻合。

ABSTRACT
The more and more congestible frequency spectrum and strait channel require the filters
with better performance. In addition, emerging applications such as Integrated Circuits
continue to challenge tilters with smaller size. The outside constraint has made filters
have smaller area and bulk, with the precondition of higher performance. The dielectric
filters and dual-mode filters accord with the above-mentioned conditions. The
dual-mode filters have simpler arts and crafts, so they are more convenient for
applications relative to the dielectric filters.
We analyzed the dual-mode filters with the planar structures in this paper and
offered the research course in details. New coupling coefficient formula and I/O
coupling coefficient of dual-mode filters are derived also. Seven dual-mode microstrip
filters are simulated and designed, two of which are fabricated. The good agreements
between the simulated and measured results demonstrate our proposed structures.
