基本公共卫生服务项目2015年工作计划
2015年是推进公共卫生工作进一步发展的关键之年，我院基本公共卫生服务工作思路是：深入以深化医改为主线，以提高全镇居民健康水平为目标，突出抓好基本公共卫生服务工作，努力完成上级交给的工作任务，使各项工作再上一个新的台阶，落实好党的民生工程。为了我镇公共卫生服务工作做得更好，使我镇居民真正享有均等化的基本公共卫生服务，根据相关政策以及卫生局的相关要求和指导，结合我院实际情况特制订以下工作计划：
　　一、工作目标
　　随着公共卫生工作的规范化实施，我院要明确责任，推进基本公共卫生服务工作向常态化、标准化、准确化发展。
　　二、主要任务
现阶段，我院按省、市、县统一部署实施十一项基本公共卫生服务项目，根据市计委下发的公共卫生服务项目绩效评价结果中出现的问题，认真核对我院的公共卫生服务项目，将公共卫生服务项目做细、做精。
1、居民健康档案
（1）继续完善农村居民健康档案的信息化管理
为进一步完善农村居民电子健康档案，加大居民健康档案录入人员的培训，逐步完成对集体卫生室从业人员使用居民健康档案和电子健康档案录
