摘 要
随着国内外信息技术的不断进步,基于应力波的无损检测技术也因其具有对人体
无害性、便携性、测量手段简便、对测量样本要求低等优点,受到越来越多的林业工
作者的重视。本文对木材横截面二维断层图像的分割及其三维重建方法进行了较深入
的研究,主要的研究成果如下:
比较几种经典的图像分割算法,通过比较这些方法在木材检测中的应用,分析
Graph cuts 算法的可行性和优越性。并提出了一种基于断层图像的木材腐朽程度自动
评价方法。首先采用 Graph cuts 算法对木材断层图像进行分割,然后进行灰度化处理,
最后利用累加直方图技术获取木材断层图像中缺陷部分面积,实现腐朽程度的自动评
价。与传统木材断层成像分割方法相比,基于 Graph cuts 算法的图像分割准确性高,
能够更好地提高木材断层图像的分析与理解的智能化水平。
利用图像处理技术对基于 Graph cuts 算法分割后的原始图像进行预处理,减少图
像当中所存在的噪声。通过使用边缘检测算子将木材的边界轮廓和内部腐朽信息的边
缘进行提取,利用层间插值算法实现木材内部腐朽的三维绘制,确定木材内部腐朽三
维结构的形状。模拟仿真结果能够更好地反映出木材内部结构,具有较强的真实感。

ABSTRACT
With the development of domestic and foreign scientific technology, more and more attention
have been paid on stress wave NDT(Non-Destructive Testing) technology from both forestry
industry and research fields. In this paper, the wood nondestructive testing 2-d image
segmentation and 3-d reconstruction methods were studied deeply. The main research results are
given as follows:
