IEC 62619侧重于储能电池和电池系统的安全要求，不仅对电芯和电池模 块进行外部短路、撞击、跌落、热滥用、过充、强制放电等安全测试，而 且对电池管理系统（BMS进行过充电压保护、过充电流保护、过热保护、 耐热失控蔓延等功能进行评估。
