学号: 05401104 江苏工业学院毕业论文( 2009 届) 题目: 甲基十二烷基碳酸酯的合成研究学生: 学院(系):化学化工学院专业班级: 化工 053 指导教师: 专业技术职务: 教授二 00 九年六月 I 甲基十二烷基碳酸酯的合成研究摘要: 利用 Benson 基团贡献法等获得了碳酸二甲酯( DMC ) 与月桂醇酯交换反应合成甲基十二烷基碳酸酯( MDC )各物质的热力学数据, 进而得到反应的热力学数据。计算结果表明,反应的标准吉布斯自由能小于 0 ,证实该反应在热力学上可行。通过单因素实验考察了工艺因素对反应过程的影响并进行了优化。结果表明 K 2 CO 3 具有较高的催化活性,得到最佳反应条件为:催化剂碳酸钾(K 2 CO 3) 用量为原料总质量的 1% , n (月桂醇) :n( DMC ):=2: 1,反应时间 3h,反应温度 90℃。在该条件下 DMC 的单程转化率为 % , MDC 产率 % ,选择性为 % ,未反应的 DMC 与月桂醇可以循环使用。关键词: 碳酸二甲酯;十二醇;甲基十二烷基碳酸酯;碳酸二月桂酯;酯交换法江苏工业学院本科毕业论文 II Synthesis and Characterization of methyl dodecyl carbonate Abstract : Benson group contributions method was applied to obtain the thermodynamic data of ponents . Then the thermodynamic data of the reaction were obtained. It was demonstrated that the reaction is thermodynamically feasible because the Gibbs free energy is less than 0. Synthesis of methyl dodecyl carbonate by transesterification of dimethyl carbonate and dodecanol were studied by the method ofs ingle-factor experiment .K 2 CO 3 was found to have high catalytic activity. According to the experiment , the suitable reaction conditions are : reaction time 3h, reaction temperature 90 oC,n( dodecanol ):n( DMC )=2:1 and w(K 2 CO 3)=0. 5%. The conversion of DMC was % , the yield of methyl dodecyl carbonate was % , the selectivity for methyl dodecyl carbonate was % .
