各科室备用药品管理制度
病房、急诊科（室），小药柜内所有药品，只能供住院和急诊病人按医嘱使用，任何人不得私自拿取。
小药柜应指定专人管理，负责药品领取供应和保管工作。
定期清点检查药品，防止积压变质，如发现有沉淀、变质、变色、过期、标签模糊等药品时，须停止使用，并报药剂科处理。
按药剂科要求、对毒麻、限剧药品，贵重药品进行保管。毒麻药应建立登记卡，保持一定基数，设专用抽屉存放加锁，每日交接班时清点，按医嘱使用后，由医师开专用处方并携带空瓶向药房领回。
治疗护士下班时，备好急救药品和常规药品，然后将药柜加锁。
定期核对药品种类、数量是否相符。
建立完善的特殊药品报废销毁制度。原则上失效、过期、破损的特殊药品及旧空瓶等容器每年报废一次，由药学科统计，医院领导批准，报药品监督部门监督销毁，并详细记录处理过程，现场人员签字。放射性药品使用后的废物，必须按国家有关规定妥善处理。
