山东轻工业学院硕士学位论文 ABSTPACT Tension control is averyimportant part ofprocess control inPrinting,Packing service and Paper tension control improves product quality and discussed inthisdissertation focus on theunwinding and driving process tension control forthehighspeed paper sheeting machine. This paper hasdiscussed theaspects about character istiesofpaper sheeting, control mon usedinpaper sheeting,technical flow ofpaper sheeting,PLC technology,the makeup of PLC control system,the selectionand connection of system’S h孤dware,the PID control arithmetic,fuzzy technology and fuzzy—PID Paper hasalsobrought forwardthesolutions totheproblems while have metinpracticalproject application andhasgot some paring to othermethods. Fortheefficientworking ofthepaper sheeting machine,the good system isthe key thethesis,apaper sheeting machine distributed control system based on PLC and frequency conversion timing isdesigned anddeveloped,under the background ofthe“1400 typehigh speed precise paper sheeting machine”.It include themethod design,hardware and softwaredesign and the realization ofcontrol ofFuzzy—PID algorithm inthe tension control system ofpaper sheeting machine. Asimulation model oftension control system about Fuzzy-PID controller,PID mon Fuzzy logic controller isrealized essuflly withMATLAB. Comparison ofsimulation resultsshow thatFuzzy—PID controller issimper,more repid and accurate,it hasimproved dynamic and staticperofrmance ofcontrol system and hasobtained good conrtolquality.
