一\删炒一我国创业板上市公司投资价值分析——基于首批28家公司的财务数据企业管理专业研究生梁菲菲指导教师阳晓明摘要:创业板市场自2009年lO月30日开盘以来,从最初的28家上市公司到今天已形成具有355家上市公司的规模,流通市值大约有4120亿,成为我国证券市场的重要组成部分。创业板上市公司具有未来发展不确定和高成长性等鲜明的特点,使得传统的企业价值评估方法难以准确的评估出创业板上市公司的投资价值。并且,随着创业板市场的迅速发展,投资规模的扩大,对创业板上市公司进行价值评估已产生巨大市场需求。因此,研究适合我国创业板上市公司价值评估的模式,建立一套适应于我国证券市场特点的公司投资价值衡量体系,具有较大的理论与现实意义。本文在深入分析国内外公司价值评估理论与方法的基础上,对我国创业板上市公司的投资价值进行研究。论文首先对公司价值理论及创业板上市公司特点进行了回顾,并对我国创业板上市公司投资价值分析方法进行了比较和选择;接着对创业板上市公司基本面进行分析,即宏观分析、行业分析和公司分析;然后对我国创业板上市公司投资价值进行实证分析,构建创业板上市公司价值分析模型, 考虑了盈利能力、成长能力、偿债能力、营运能力和市场表现五个方面,运用多元统计分析方法中的因子分析法,对创业板中首批上市的28家公司进行投资价值分析,为投资者提供一种量化处理方法,以期指导投资实践;最后是对本文的总结,得出相关结论及进一步研究的方向。关键词:创业板上市公司投资价值分析基本面分析因子分析法 Abstract Analysis on theInvestment Value panies Listed on Chinese GEM ———Based on theFinancial Data pany Major:Business Management Graduate:Liang feifei Instructor:Yang xiaoming Abstract:The Chinese GEM market has developed to a scale with 355 panies from theoriginal panies sinceitopened October 30th, market capitalization isabout 4 2billionand has e animportant part ofthe securitiesmarket distinctive features panies onGEM arethe uncertainty ofitsfuturedevelopment and itshigh growth,thus the traditionalenterprise valuation method isdifficult to accurately assess the investment value of addition,with therapid development andexpansion ofinvestment scale oftheGEM market,there is ahuge demand on value assessment about panies listed on hasconsiderabletheoretical and practical significance to research asuitable valuation model ofGEM panies and setup acompany investment valuesystem which isadaptable tothecharacteristics ofChina's securities market.
