居住区主题与景观策划研究.pdf

摘要居住区的开发建设是一项复杂的系统工程,关乎经济效益和环境效益。要求在开发建设前进行必要的策划,在策划过程中,主题与景观策划成为密不可分的重要环节。好的准确的主题为规划设计或景观设计赋予一种创意,指导景观设计。景观策划的实施, 不仅能因地制宜地给居住区配备最合理的景观,更能在策划阶段中结合主题给予景观上的支持,这也是本文研究的主要目的。本文通过调研和查瞬大量相关资料,分别对“主题”和“景观策划”进行了研究, 提出了主题的影响因素、确定依据、主题分类、实现及对景观策划的影响;分析了景观策划的特点、影响因素,提出景观策划的内容、步骤、方法,最后将研究的内容应用到哈尔滨的具体工程项目的研究中,提出其主题景观策划方案。本文认为,在居住区开发项目中,主题应在尊重城市发展的基调、符合当地特色、符合项目基地特质、符合开发水平、符合个性化原则下进行应用,指导景观的形式与内容的创作。而景观作为主题实现的重要载体,在项目立项后就应该介入其中,在景观策划阶段提出主题,对项目用地、项目SWOT模型、市场调研等相关信息进行采集分析,根据掌握的背景资料,对建筑风格、景观风格、案名等进行景观形象整合,对庭院空间布局进行选择,对景观要素进行分析,进而得出一个相对完整的主题景观策划操作过程。本文在居住区大规模开发建设的今天,提出本选题具有很强的现实意义。关键词居住区;主题;景观策划东北林业大学硕士学位论文 Abstract muni哆development construction is acomplex systems engineering,conc℃:rns the economic efficiency and theenvironment process,munity subject plan and the landscapeplan into the inseparable important plan implementation,not only can ascircumstances permit provide themost reasonable landscape forthe property development project,Call unify thesubject intheplan stage togive on the landscape thesupport,this alsoisthemain purpose which thisarticlestudies.
