沈阳理工大学硕士学位论文摘要在盾构施工过程中,盾尾脱离管片而形成的土层和管片外壁的空隙是导致地层沉降的主要原因。为了减小盾构施工对地层位移的影响,必须对盾尾进行及时有效地充填,也就是及时充分的对盾尾脱离管片所产生的空隙充填的盾构注浆技术,即同步注浆技术。而要想对注浆压力与注浆量进行调整以适应环境的变化, 达到精确注浆效果的目的,在国内外还没有成功的范例。本文以此为背景,研究与设计盾构同步注浆设备及其控制系统。本课题的研究内容包括:同步注浆设备的改进设计,同步注浆工艺设计,同步注浆控制系统软硬件设计,以及采用最优跟踪控制算法对同步注浆进行优化设计。盾构同步注浆的关键技术难点:,注浆量随盾构掘进速度的变化而变化,即要想达到精确注浆的目的,同步注浆系统需具有跟随性;,要求同步注浆满足节能性。本文在注浆设备和控制算法上进行设计研究来解决关键技术难点。选用负载敏感变量泵液压系统作为盾构同步注浆的动力来源,并在此基础上对其进行最优跟踪控制设计与仿真验证。通过对研究结果分析,表明负载敏感变量泵液压系统的负载敏感性可以达到节约能源与提高注浆效果的目的,最优跟踪控制算法能够实现对同步注浆的跟随控制并节约能源,即解决同步注浆的关键技术难点。关键词:盾构,同步注浆,节约能源,负载敏感变量泵,最优跟踪算法沈阳理工大学硕士学位论文 Abstract In the construction pr ocess of the Shield, leading to ground subsidence is mainly due to the separating of the Shield tail and segment, and forming the gap between soil layer and the outer wall of segment. In order to reduce the impact on the layer formation by Shield construct ion, the end Shield must be filled promptly and effectively. That is synchronous grouting technology. But it isn ’ t essful example of international that grouting pressure and grouting vo lume to adjust to change of the environment achieve the purpose of precision grouting. This article is against this background, researching and designing equipment and control system of Shield Grout. The research project includes improving and designing Grout equipment , process designing of Grout, hardware and software de signing of Grout control system, and the use of optimal tracking control algorithm to optimize the design of Grout. Shield Grout key technical problems: 1. Grout required grouting pressure changing with the water pressure in the process of S hield, groutin g vo lume changing with the speed of S hield .
