ABSTRACT: The desulphurization efficiency of FGD
plant of a certain power plant descended after near ten-years
operation, which was mainly caused by changes of design
coal. Through technical retrofit, the efficiency has been
improved and reached 93℅~95℅. This thesis focused on
analyzingthemaininfluencingfactorsofthe
desulphurization efficiency: power of generator, oxidation
air, absorber liquid level, slurry pH value, flue gas
temperature, nozzle verticality etc.. Measures to improve
defoam in slurry tank and to add the absorber internals for
improving G/L mass transfer were suggested for increasing
the desulphurization efficiency further.

摘要: 某电厂脱硫装置运行近十年后,脱硫效率下降,
主要为设计煤种改变所致,经过技改后脱硫效率有所提
高,达到 93℅~95℅。本文就影响脱硫效率的主要因素:
发电机功率、氧化空气、吸收塔液位、浆液 pH 值、烟
气温度、喷嘴垂直度等进展分析,建议采取改善浆液池
切泡、增加塔内构件改善气液传质等措施进一步提高脱
硫效率。

1 概述
某 2×360MW 燃煤机组脱硫装置采用
石灰石湿法脱硫液柱塔技术,一炉一塔配
置,单台脱硫装置设计处理能力为对应机
组锅炉烟气量的 85%,即烟气量
915500m3N/H(w),SO23500ppm(w),烟气温
度 142℃,FGD 脱硫效率不低于 9
