三、坚持按正规设计和作业规程办事。对本矿的设计规划，作业规程，防洪措施有权进行审核，风不符合要求的有权提出纠正意见。
四、组织安排本站工作，编制年度安全任务及落实，检查督促本站人员高质量的完成分管工作，不出现空班漏检，接受安全员的汇报，群众的反映。
