第六条  已取得非卫生系列专业技术资格的人员，符合本标准条件的，可根据工作需要申报评审卫生系列同级别专业技术资格。
第三章   基本条件
第七条  遵守中华人民共和国宪法和法律，热爱本专业工作，有良好的职业道德和敬业精神；身体健康，能坚持正常工作。
第八条  积极承担医疗、公共卫生、妇幼保健、教学、科研等工作任务，团结协作，学风端正，任期内年度考核或任职考核为合格以上等次。
第九条 申报评审医疗、公共卫生、妇幼保健、护理等专业的人员应取得相关专业执业资格证书并按要求注册。在卫生系列二级学科范围内转专业晋升的人员，除必须符合正常晋升任职年限外，须在拟晋升岗位工作满3年；跨二级学科转专业晋升的人员，转岗满一年后参加同一级别的专业技术资格考试或评审，取得拟晋升专业同一级别的专业技术资格满3年方可继续申报晋升，其任职时间的计算可按转专业前后实际受聘担任相应职务专业技术工作的年限累加计算，如拟晋升专业有执业资格要求，还需提供该专业3个年度的执业注册记录。
第四章   申报条件
第十条  学历资历条件
（一）主任医（药、护、技）师
取得大学本科以上学历和副主任医（药、护、技）师资格后，从事本专业工作满5年。
（二）副主任医（药、护、技）师
符合下列条件之一：
