八、对实验室存在的不安全因素，要及时向有关部门反映,整改，若发生安全事故，应在采取补救措施的同时如实报有关部门，对造成安全事故者，应根据情节轻重,按有关规定及时处理。
  九、实验室工作人员作为实验室安全防护的当然责任者，应随时随地按照本制度进行检查，做好安全防护工作，院领导要经常督促检查。
 十、实验中如发生事故，应有急救措施，同时保护现场，并立即报告有关部门。
化学实验室突发事件应急救援预案
第一章 总则
化学实验室主要有易燃易爆的高压气体、强酸碱及有毒药品、精密及大型仪器等。在事发时现场教师、实验员及事故责任人应迅速组织、指挥，及时有序地疏散学生，对现场已伤人员作好自助自救、保护现场、切断事故源，尽量阻止事态蔓延，保护人身及财产。及时准确根据情况判断向学院、保卫处等职能部门和消防部门报告。
实验室应有必要的技术防范手段，预防为主、责任到人。对实验室里可能引发的刑事案件和灾害性事故的发生，具有充分的思想准备和应变措施，做好事故发生后补救及善后工作。
第二章 应急救援工作的组织
为了更好的做好突发事件的应急救援工作，做到各负其责,成立了实验室突发事件应急救援工作小组
