　　上海市中小学教师幸福感状况调查结果昨天发布——，小学教师的幸福感高于初中及高中教师；%的教师觉得目前工作压力大。
　　此项调查采用分层随机抽样法，调查数据在全市29所小学、20所初中、10所高中共1426名教师中产生。

　　压力主要来自成绩
　　在受调查的教师中，%觉得工作压力大：%的教师感觉压力非常大；%的教师觉得压力比较大；%的教师觉得目前工作压力不大。
　　中小学教师感觉当前最大的工作压力来自学生考试成绩，教育科研、班级管理，排在第二和第三。排在后面的依次为上展示性公开课、作业的布置和批改、日常课堂教学、课外个别辅导、备课、职称评聘、家长沟通、辅导学生参加各类展示、竞赛、评比等。
　　近半数中小学教师感觉最不满意的是考核和评比繁多。其他的依次为：收入太低、工作量大、缺乏成就感、工作时间长、学生安全压力大、职称评定压力大、社会对师德要求过高、工作难度大、不能得到领导的理解和支持。
