脐带脱垂的预防和应急处理分析.doc脐带脱垂的预防和应急处理分析摘要: 目的寻求脐带脱垂的最佳预防和盈利处理方法, 以便及早的发现脐带脱垂, 及时给与患者治疗。方法文章选取了 201 4年01月02 日~ 2015 年 01月 21 日于我院就诊的 20 例脐带脱垂患者的临床资料,并进行分析。结果笔者统计分析后, 得知胎儿脐带脱垂的发生率为 % , 单胎头尾隐性脐带垂脱有 4 例,显性共有 16 例,其中有 1 例患者在确诊时, 胎儿已经无生命体征,后经***进行分娩。剩余 19 例患者中, 12 例行刨宫产,婴儿存活率为 91% ,重度窒息率 28% ,死亡率 20% ;5 例行臀助产, 婴儿存活率为 100% , 重度窒息率 30% ;2 例行产钳助产,1 例存活,1 例死亡。围产儿死亡比例为 % 。结论早期, 必须要加强对胎儿起到脱垂的预防, 当发现此情况之后, 需根据孕妇宫口的扩张程度以及胎儿的发育和身体情况,采取不同的分娩方式,以降低胎儿死亡率。关键词:脐带脱垂;预防;处理 Abstract : Objective To seek the best prevention and earnings of umbilical cord prolapse treatment method , so that early discovery of umbilical cord prolapse , giving patients ina timely manner. Methods The article selected the ~ in our hospital clinical data of 20 cases of patients with umbilical cord prolapse , and analyzed. Results After statistical analysis , the author learned that the incidence of fetal umbilical cord prolapse was % , the single fetal head tail invisible umbilical cord hanging off in4 cases , dominant a total of 16 cases , there was a case ofa patient at the time of diagnosis , the fetus is inanimate signs , after vaginal delivery.
