机构设置、劳动力组织、施工进度计划控制、机械设备及周转材料配备、主要分部分 项工程施工方法、工程质量控制措施、安全生产保证措施、文明施工及环境保护措施、 降低成本措施、推广新技术、工程技术资料管理、成本控制、材料采购以及工程回访 等诸多因素尽可能充分考虑，突出科学性、适用性及针对性，是确保优质、低耗、安 全、文明、高速完成全部施工任务的重要经济技术文件。
本次设计主要包括以下内容： 工程量计算书、工程施工组织设计书、施工进度表、 施工平面布置图，劳动力、材料、机械需要量表，安全技术措施方案。
