行星减速机建模及强度分析班级:车辆 102 姓名:魏博雄指导老师: 崔根群摘要:本文主要研究了行星齿轮减速机, 行星齿轮减速机又称为行星减速机,伺服减速机。在减速机家族中,行星减速机以其体积小,传动效率高,减速范围广, 精度高等诸多优点,而被上海利懿电机科技广泛应用于伺服电机、步进电机、直流电机等传动系统中。其作用就是在保证精密传动的前提下,主要被用来降低转速增大扭矩和降低负载/电机的转动惯量比。行星齿轮减速机主要传动结构为: 行星轮,太阳轮,外齿圈。根据本课题要求选择的渐开线少齿差行星齿轮。在本次课程设计中首先运用了 UG软件对减速器进行了建模,之后建立有限元模型,并用 NXNSTRAN 软件对有限元模型进行了分析求解,得出了齿轮和轴在力的作用下产生的变形和应力分布情况图。之后再通过变形图和应力云图的结果分析是否低于构件所允许的屈服极限,判断设计的零件是否满足强度发的设计要求并完成有限元。关键词:行星齿轮减速机建模强度分析 Machine of decelerate of of modeling and strength analysis ABSTRACT : This paper mainly studied the ary gear reducer, ary gear reducer isalso known ary reducer, servo reducer. Then bythe results ofdeformation and stress nephogram analysis whether below ponent allows the yield limit, judge whether the parts ofthe design meets the design requirements ofstrength ofhair plete finite element.
