上海奉贤南桥周遭情况调研
上海奉贤为于上海的南面，上海市在建造一城九镇的基础上，要把奉贤打造成新兴城区，引进更多的人才入住。也在向滨海新城而努力。
作为南桥处于奉贤区中心位置，政治、经济、文化中心，还将成为上海杭州湾北岸板块的综合性服务型核心新城，服务长三角南翼以及大浦东地区的重要枢纽和门户。
奉贤传统上以南桥镇为界，南桥以西称“西乡”，以东为“东乡”。这样也让发展有了很多的不同。
整个南桥地区面前以A4高速为界，分为老城区和新城区。

老城区域：
老城区面前是以解放路、奉浦大道、环城南路。三条主马路为主。商业气氛还是很浓厚的。
商业:
环城南路商业主要以建筑材料为主。也为城区的配套。
奉浦大道是南桥最中心的一条路东段〔南桥汽车站〕主要是以金属原料和电动车销售为主。中段主要是服务业为主，如医院等。
解放路主要以居民配套商业为主。古华公园也是老城区比较重要的休闲娱乐的号地方。
古华公园风景构思独特，小桥流水间亭、台、楼、阁密布，花草树木相缀，形成了具有清明建筑风格特色，给人以古朴典雅、清静、舒适、完整的优美形象，成为了沪郊旅游新干线一道亮丽的风景线。

整个南桥地区已波纹性向外发展。新房基本都是在副中心位置。向阳光集团、招商地产楼盘都在环城南路紧城西路为主。正阳集团楼盘位于南港路。没有显著的发展。
