Immunohis- tochemical method was used to detect the positive expression rate of ER, PR and C-erbB-2 in breast cancer tissues of breast cancer patients, and analyze the correlation between different ultrasound signs and the positive expression of ER, PR and C-erbB-2. Result The positive rates of ER, PR and C-erbB-2 in 82 breast cancer patients were %, % and % respectively. There were significant differences in the expression of ER in breast cancer tissues at different margin, malignant halo, lymph node metastasis and posterior echo attenuation (P<).
